Eligibility :Innovators 

Project and Submission Requirements :

  • Functionality: Your project must demonstrate a clear solution addressing the chosen problem, with key features working as intended.

  • Innovation: The solution should be original or creatively improve on existing ideas.

  • Feasibility: The project should be realistically implementable within CGCian’s environment or industry context.

  • Technical Quality: Code should be clean, well-documented, and follow best practices.

  • Presentation: Submissions must include a clear, concise explanation of the problem, solution, and impact.

  • Submission Deadline: All materials (prototype, documentation, presentation, and code) must be submitted by the deadline communicated at kickoff.

  • Team Size: Teams should have 3-5 members. Individual entries are allowed if specified.

  • Compliance: Projects must comply with CGCian’s data privacy, security, and intellectual property policies.

Judging Criteria and Winner Selection:

Projects will be evaluated by a panel of CGCian leaders and subject-matter experts based on the following criteria:

Impact & Feasibility 30% Potential business or operational impact and real-world applicability.
Technical Excellence 20% Quality of code, use of technology, and solution robustness.
User Experience 10% Ease of use, design, and overall user interface.
Presentation & Communication 10% Clarity and effectiveness of the pitch or demo.
 
  • Winner Selection: The top projects with the highest aggregate scores will be announced as winners. Special recognitions may be awarded for categories such as “Best Innovation,” “Best Technical Solution,” or “People’s Choice,” if applicable.
